The short version: it's an app and a website for planning your own work. Use them, and don't expect them to do your work for you.
Draft Theory, the iPhone app and the website at my.drafttheory.app, is for your own personal planning. You keep everything you write in it. Don't use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.
In the iPhone app an account is optional: without one, everything stays on the phone. The website always needs one. With an account, your data is kept on our server and follows you between the app, the website and your other devices. You're responsible for the sign-in you use and for keeping it to yourself. You can sign out or delete your account from the You page, in the app or on the website, at any time.
Plans and estimates are guesses, not advice. It can be wrong about how long something takes. Decisions about your work, health or money stay yours.
You can stop using Draft Theory and delete your account whenever you want. We can end access if it's being used to harm someone.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app and the website will say so before the change takes effect.
